We are an ISO 9001 organization, committed to quality and reliability through continuous improvement

QA team is assuring 100% testing of custom-made components. e.g transformers, triodes.
Bought out components are tested as per Quality Sampling Plan IS –10673. e.g. capacitors, semiconductors and raw material like copper, bobbins.
UL approved power cables, contactors, MCB are used to provide superior performance. Power cables temperature with stand ability is 105*C, contactor operation voltage up to 1000V with insulation 1.5KV, Class 3 MCB’s with 10KVA breaking capacity and Class F insulation power transformers are use short listed.

PRODUCTION FACILITY

	The two main divisions of "INTELUX" are: a) PMS DIVISION b) ELECTRONIC BALLAST DIVISION
	An area measuring 12000 sqft has been developed for production of our products. We have automated our production to enhance the productivity and also to have the consistency in the quality. Test instruments, tools, jigs have been developed to test the components, assembled PCBs and final product. R&D and QA departments are equipped with the state-of-art-instrumentation and equipment ensuring the quality checks at each stage. Over the last decade, "INTELUX" has developed a reliable vendor base for magnetic components and PCB assembly. The components are sourced from reliable sources with all quality systems in place. Capacitity: To produce approximately 1000 PMUs per month which can be upgraded to 2000 units per month with prior short notice

SYSTEM SUPPORT
	"INTELUX" has deployed in-house developed ERP to capture data at all the stages starting from order booking, procurement, stores, production and dispatch. Inward QA ensures specifications of electronic & magnetic components and assembled PCB. Outward QA does the final product testing to conform to the requirements of the buyers.

INSTALLTION / COMISSINING / SERVICEING INFRASTRUCTURE
	"INTELUX" has fully geared up to give Level One Support (the set up at the head office, Pune) and Level Two Support (the setup at the field level). We propose to create independent field setups commensurate with the built up of the population.
